Director and founder, Mrs. Pamella Mlonzi. Pam and Partners Inc is a dynamic, client focused and result oriented law firm which is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services across a whole range of legal areas. With a strong emphasis on professionalism, integrity and excellence, we have consistently provided innovative and effective legal solutions to our clients who are individuals, private companies and the governmental institutions such as, Department of Social Development, Department of Health and Local Municipality Offices. Pamella Mlonzi, the Founder and the Director is fully equipped in handling the various areas of law including public law, child law, family law, human rights issues, ;labour law, litigation, advocacy, research and opinion writing within the legal fields and managing the psycho-social aspects related to matters. She possesses Master of Laws in (Business Law), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and Bachelor of Social Work, with ten (10) years’ experience as a Social Worker under the Department of Social Development and five (5) years on the legal fraternity. The Director served her two (2) years legal articles at Venns Attorneys. The firm is 100% black owned and is intentionally aiming at achieving women empowerment through a consistent employment of majority of females and minority being males.

The firm renders services in various fields with more expertise in General Litigation, Family Law and Child Law, Trust and Administration of Estates, Labour law, Civil Litigation, Public Law, Insolvency and Business Rescue. The firm has capacity to handle its matters effectively and efficiently as it has two admitted Legal Practitioners, and two supporting staff members assisting with bookkeeping and administration functions. The director is passionate about families and children, gender-based violence, human rights and maintenance matters. She is open to rendering pro-bono services when required by the less fortunate and vulnerable women and children as the area of strong care and her passion and soft spot for children.
The Director exudes a passionate with working with families, communities while empowering women and securing children’s protection and their rights being enforced.
